4. Shipping
Fassy ships to Germany, Austria and Netherlands. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on location. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are covered by Fassy.

5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items.

6. Product Use
Fassy clothing and patches are intended for personal use on appropriate clothing and accessories. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fassy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
