Returns & Exchange
FASSY Returns & Exchange Policy
At Fassy, we want you to love your monster patches and clothing! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
All returned items must be:

In their original, unused condition

With all tags and packaging intact

Free from damage, dirt, or alteration
Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:

Follow the instructions provided to ship your item back.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we will process it as a return followed by a new order. Please note that exchange items are subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
7. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Fassy (defective or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
